a) Information from Google Authentication

When you choose to register and log in to our application using your Google account, we collect the following information from your Google profile:

  • Your Google User ID
  • Your profile picture

This information is used solely for the purpose of creating and managing your account within Magis Scheduling Portal.

b) Google Calendar Data

To provide our core booking functionality, we require access to your Google Calendar. With your explicit permission, we access the following calendar data:

  • Your calendar's free/busy times to display your availability.
  • The ability to create, modify, and delete events on your calendar for bookings made through our service.
  • Details of events created by our application (e.g., event title, time, attendees).

Limited Use Disclosure: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We will not use your calendar data for any purpose other than providing and improving the booking functionality of Magis Scheduling Portal. We will not use this data for serving advertisements, and we will not transfer this data to third parties other than as necessary to provide or improve user-facing features.

2. HOW DO WE USE YOUR INFORMATION?

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To Facilitate Account Creation and Logon Process: We use the information you allowed us to collect from Google to facilitate the account creation and logon process for the performance of the contract.
  • To Provide Core Booking Services: We use your Google Calendar data to display your availability, schedule new appointments, and manage bookings made through our application.
  • To Manage User Accounts: We may use your information for the purposes of managing your account and keeping it in working order.
  • To Communicate with You: We may use your email address to send you information about your bookings or updates to our services.

3. WILL YOUR INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH ANYONE?

We only share information with your consent, to comply with laws, to provide you with services, to protect your rights, or to fulfill business obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

4. HOW DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. WHAT ARE YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS?

You may review, change, or terminate your account at any time. If you would at any time like to review or change the information in your account or terminate your account, you can log in to your account settings and update your user account.

You can also remove our application's access to your Google Account at any time via the Google security settings page.

6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

We store your personal information only for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this policy (e.g., providing booking services, managing your account, meeting legal obligations) unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.

When the retention period expires for a given type of data, we will securely delete or destroy it.

You may request early deletion of your data at any time by emailing danielnaval.tech@gmail.com. We will respond within 30 days and confirm once your data has been removed.
