Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the Magis Scheduling Portal application (the “Service”) operated by Magis Creative (“us”, “we”, or “our”).
Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You create an account via Google's OAuth 2.0 service. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.
Magis Scheduling Portal is a booking application that integrates with your Google Calendar to manage and schedule appointments. To use the Service, you must grant the application permission to access your Google Calendar to view free/busy information and to create and manage events. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your calendar.
You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or any purpose prohibited under this clause. You agree not to use the Service in any way that could damage the Service, services, or general business of Magis Creative.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Magis Creative and its licensors.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
In no event shall Magis Creative, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any errors or omissions in the Service, such as scheduling conflicts or missed appointments; (iii) any unauthorized access to or use of our secure servers and/or any and all personal information stored therein.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
