When you sign in with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. This information is used solely to create and manage your account within the Magis Scheduling Portal.
Google Calendar Access
We request access to your Google Calendar to:
- Check your availability and prevent double-booking
- Create calendar events for appointments booked through this system
- Update or cancel calendar events when appointments are modified or cancelled
Your calendar data is used exclusively to provide booking functionality and is not shared with third parties or used for advertising purposes. You can revoke calendar access at any time through your Google account settings.
